Basic Function
Supervisor Maintenance planner will provide service to maintenance division through planning, scheduling, coordinating and controlling the inspection, repair and modification of ASKY aircrafts. Coordinates with Marketing and Flight operation to select and route operating aircrafts for the required operation. Develops short term, midterm and long term maintenance forecast based on the planned level of operation. Cooperate with Marketing in the establishment of winter and summer schedules. Updates and maintains aircraft, engine and component records per the established standard and approved MME. Ensures aircraft maintenance work package are properly reviewed and all required resources such as hangar space, manpower, material and tools/equipments necessary to perform aircraft maintenance are coordinate and made available at the required place.
Responsability :
  • Directs the planning, scheduling, controlling and measuring performance of the inspection, repair and modification of an aircraft in the hangar or in line maintenance.
  • Prepares maintenance packages so that workload is fairly distributed for the available manpower
  • Planes and ensures compliance of aircraft, engines and components AD’s so that could be complied on the wing and/or off the wing by coordinating with maintenance division and outsourced service provider
  • Obtain and retain accurate labor and material cost information for each ASKY aircraft for historic data.
  • Coordinate with purchasing and material managements pertaining to parts requirements
  • Retains and supervise the keeping of records of aircrafts, components and engines.
  • Prepares maintenance forecast.
  • Assures training, development and utilization of personnel assigned in his section.
  • Prepare and retain aircraft records for lessor inspectors review and aircraft redelivery
  • Perform other related works as may be assigned by his superiors.
Qualification  :
  • Prior experience of two or more years as a planner is advantages. Or
  • BSc Degree graduate from recognized university in Aeronautical or Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics Engineering
  • Considerable experience and abilities in aircraft /engine maintenance
  • Good administrative and cooperative attitude on his work Or
  • Graduated from recognized aircraft maintenance training center&holder of aircraft engineering diploma with five years experience as an aircraft engineer , aircraft quality control inspector or senior method writer
