Schedule and Charter Agent

II-      THE ROLE

•        Monitor daily schedule flight performance and produce relevant reports.
•        Prepare seasonal schedule and forward recommendations for improvement.
•        Coordinate with all stakeholders the necessary to keep schedule integrity, and secure all required seasonal permits.
•        Prepare and handle charter requests.
•        Maintain record related to irregular operations and deviations from seasonal schedule plan.
•        Ensure smooth exchange of schedule information with codeshare partners; and ensure schedules are well synchronized.
•        Handle ad-hoc schedule change based on load, and operational constraints and ensure loading is done accordingly.
•        Performs other duties from time to time as assigned by the Supervisor.

III-     QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

•   At least BAC+2 in Marketing or Diploma of Aviation School with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Air Transport industry.
•   Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure.
•   Proven analytical skills; capacity to detect and correct anomalies and to solve problems; initiative to propose solutions and improvements.
•   Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
•   Excellent knowledge of English and French.
•   Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
