I- JOB TITLE
- Supervisor Hub passengers Service
 
II- THE ROLE
- Participates to briefing and debriefing sessions with agents in charge of passenger handling before and after operations.
 - Supervises Ground Handling Company’ activities in relation with passengers handling ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to.
 - Reports to the Hub Manager on daily basis during and after operations all possible factors that can influence, hinder or prevent safe and punctual operation of the flight.
 - Answers customer inquiries that require managerial level assistance. Assess customer needs and resolve complaints with professionalism.
 - Performs other duties as assigned or may be necessary including administrative functions such as statistical reporting.
 - Works closely with ASKY Dispatcher.
 - Informs Hub Manager of any irregularities on the ramp and presents a detailed report at the end of the flight.
 
- Performs additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management
 
III- QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Educational Level: High school diploma
 - Qualifications/Skills: good knowledge in GDS, Passenger handling skills, proactive and confident, good commercial appearance
 - Professional Experiences: 05 years in operational position.
