II-      THE ROLE

Participates to briefing and debriefing sessions with agents in charge of ramp handling before and after operations.

Supervise Ground Handling Company’ activities in relation with ramp services ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to.

Report to the Hub Manager on daily basis during and after operations all possible factors that can influence, hinder or prevent safe and punctual operation of the flight.

Perform other duties as assigned or may be necessary including administrative functions.

III-    QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

Minimum Educational Level: High school diploma

Qualifications/Skills: Passenger and ramp handling skills, proactive and confident, good commercial appearance

Professional Experiences: 03 years in operational position

Languages proficiency: French/English
