 Baggage Service Agent
II-      THE ROLE
- Handle stations mishandling baggage in coordination with the Baggage Services Supervisor.
 - Ensure that ground handling personnel will provide assistance to passengers whose baggage is mishandled, issue reports, trace and endeavor to restore the missing baggage.
 - Ensure that the passenger are kept informed of the status of their missing bags on a regular basis;
 - Coordinate and interact with clients in the delivery process of the luggage.
 - Ensuring that any information concerning baggage irregularities is forwarded to stations concerned (left behind, rush, on hand baggage).
 - Ensure that all unclaimed bags are transferred to the Central Unclaimed Baggage Store located in LFW.
 
- Perform other duties as assigned or may be necessary including administrative functions such as statistical reporting (weekly, monthly ……etc.).
 
III-    QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Educational Level: high school diploma
 - Qualifications/skills: passage, baggage, ramp handling skills, proactive and confident, good commercial appearance.
 - Professional Experiences: 03 years in operational position
 - Languages proficiency: French/English
 
- Information technologies (IT) proficiency: office applications GDS, DCS
