How to proceed?

1. By filling a printed form.

• The forms are now available in travel agencies and in ASKY’ agencies and also at check-in points
• Detach the provisional ASKY Club loyalty card that is attached to the form.
• Hand in the filled forms in any ASKY agency or hand it over to any ASKY agent at the airport
