II- THE ROLE
- Prepare and submit catering orders regarding the budget
- Receive the deliveries and send a report to Catering Manager
- Send items to the caterers
- Under the supervision of the catering Manager, he/she directs the choice of the articles, in other to reduce purchase cost
- Update the index cards of stocks
- Analyze the weekly inventories of the caterers and adjust their stocks
- Follow up the consumption count of every lead cabin crew
- Supervise the monthly stocks inventory with the Catering service providers
- Control items deliveries to the stores
- Monitor inventories with caterers and submit reports
- Cross check all inventory report of the crew
- Assist Stock Controller on any duty
- Proceed to data’s registration in Nav System

III- QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Graduate in Accountancy/Logistics
- 3-5 years in stock management
- Driving licence category (B)
- Bilingual: English/French
