- THE ROLE
- Welcome and assist passengers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Check passengers in and issue boarding passes.
- Verify travel documents, including passports, tickets.
- Register and label checked baggage.
- Provide passengers with flight and boading information.
- Assist passengers with special needs.
- Coordinate the boading process and ensure procedures are followed.
- Ensure compliance with airport safety and security regulations.
- QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCES
- High school diploma or higher.
- Good command of English and French.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
- Basic compter skills.
- Flexible and willing to works shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
