 Baggage Service Agent
 
II-      THE ROLE
  •         Handle stations mishandling baggage in coordination with the Baggage Services Supervisor.
  •         Ensure that ground handling personnel will provide assistance to passengers whose baggage is mishandled, issue reports, trace and endeavor to restore the missing baggage.
  •         Ensure that the passenger are kept informed of the status of their missing bags on a regular basis;
  •         Coordinate and interact with clients in the delivery process of the luggage.
  •         Ensuring that any information concerning baggage irregularities is forwarded to stations concerned (left behind, rush, on hand baggage).
  •         Ensure that all unclaimed bags are transferred to the Central Unclaimed Baggage Store located in LFW.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or may be necessary including administrative functions such as statistical reporting (weekly, monthly ……etc.).
 
III-    QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
  •         Minimum Educational Level: high school diploma
  •         Qualifications/skills: passage, baggage, ramp handling skills, proactive and confident, good commercial appearance.
  •         Professional Experiences: 03 years in operational position
  •         Languages proficiency: French/English
  • Information technologies (IT) proficiency: office applications GDS, DCS
