MAIN ACTIVITIES :

-       Participate in the development and maintenance of the overall quality assurance program.

-       Participate in monitoring activities to ensure that operations in GRH, CGO, and SEC comply with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable in TOGO and in all places that have jurisdiction over operations conducted by ASKY on the high seas or in foreign countries.

-       Assist the process owners in GRH, CGO, and SEC in the various certification projects (IOSA, ISO, etc.), accreditation, or homologation undertaken by the Company.

-       Monitor the validity and expiration dates of contracts, approvals, licenses, certificates, accreditations, attestations, insurance, permits, waivers, and other authorizations obtained by the Company; ensure and participate in their timely renewal as necessary.

-       Ensure the regulatory watch and document monitoring for GRH, CGO, and SEC is conducted.

-       Ensure policies, programs, processes, procedures, forms, tags, posters, and load control documents are established, documented, validated, accepted or approved, disseminated, reviewed, and updated as necessary in GRH, CGO, and SEC.

-       Verify the compliance of operational procedures and programs in GRH, CGO, and SEC with the regulations and standards in force.

-       Participate in developing and disseminating the audit program in Ground, Cargo, and Security operations.

-       Ensure ongoing implementation of the approved audit program for Ground, Cargo, and Security operations as scheduled.

-       Conduct independent quality audits as assigned, and ensure assigned audits are conducted as scheduled and are timely reported as required.

-       Ensure, in GRH, CGO, and SEC areas, the execution of inspection, investigation, quality control, analysis, evaluation, etc., and produce reports on time.

-       Track and log in the QMS database, the occurrences, complaints, deficiencies, discrepancies, needs for improvement, breaches, and other undesirable events related to the QMS in Ground, Cargo, and Security operations, and ensure they are appropriately and timely addressed by the Process-Owners; conduct investigations and surveys on them as necessary and report.

-       Participate in monitoring the performance of suppliers and subcontractors in GRH, CGO, and SEC.

-       Ensure risk assessment is conducted before implementation of planned changes (change management) in GRH, CGO, and SEC

-       Follow up on the detected non-conformities in GRH, CGO, or SEC and ensure the process owners implement the corresponding corrective or mitigation actions within the time set.

-       Assess, as necessary, the effectiveness of safety risk controls, corrective actions, and mitigation measures.

-       Participate in the preparation and execution of the Management Review meetings as scheduled

-       Ensure the Ground, Cargo, and Security operations process owners implement the various improvement recommendations and decisions from the Management Review Meetings.

-       Build and maintain a robust quality database for Ground, Cargo, and Security operations.

-       Popularize the concepts of quality and quality management within GRH, CGO, and SEC.

-       if authorized, liaise with the Civil Aviation Authorities in the framework of non-compliance follow-up;

-       Perform various other duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT/ INTERPERSONNAL SKILLS

 

EDUCATION

-       Master's or Engineering Degree in Quality Management System or Safety Management System

or

-       Master's or Engineering degree in technology, Pilot, air traffic controller, aircraft technician, dispatcher, civil aviation inspector, senior cabin crew member, all with relevant-level training in quality audit, quality system management, or safety system management.

or

-       Equivalence acquired through professional activities and/or relevant training.

 

EXPERIENCE

-       Minimum 6 years in aviation operations with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position or as a team leader.

or

-       Minimum 4 years in Quality Management System or Safety Management System, with a minimum of 2 years of noticeable audit or investigation experience.
