II-      THE ROLE

  • Related to passengers handling

Assist customers in a friendly, courteous and prompt manner.

Assist passengers with special needs.

Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.

  •         Related to baggage handling

Handle stations mishandling baggage in coordination with the Baggage Services Supervisor.

Coordinate and interact with clients in the delivery process of the luggage.

Ensure that all unclaimed bags are transferred to the Central Unclaimed Baggage Store located in LFW.

  •         Related to ramp services

Prepare the ramp sheet.

Works closely with ASKY Dispatcher.

Stay in constant contact with the pilot for all operational support.

III-    QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

Minimum Educational Level: High school diploma

Qualifications/Skills: Passenger, baggage, ramp handling skills, proactive and confident, good commercial appearance

Professional Experiences: 03 years in operational position 

Languages proficiency: French/English

Information technologies (IT) proficiency: Office applications, GDS,DCS
