ASKY, The Pan African Airline has been awarded as the “BEST AIRLINE IN WEST AFRICA” during the 6th edition of the « THE BALAFON TRAVEL AWARD – West African Travel Awards 2023 » held on May 26, 2023 at Accra City Hotel in GHANA. This award recognizes the airline’s remarkable performance and its growth plan.
The award was received by the country representative ASKY in Ghana, Mr. Worlanyo AFADZINU, representing the CEO of ASKY. Mr. Esaya W Hailu.
ASKY is recognized by the West African Travel Award 2023 for its contribution to regional integration and the development of trade in the region. This is a recognition and thus an encouragement to the airline for it significant and multifaceted contribution to the economic development of Africa, and should represent a resounding bell-ringing for an increased support to this sector to make it a driver of growth.
ASKYs’ CEO, Mr. Esayas W. Hailu dedicate this award to Africa as a whole. “This is a recognition for all Africans” he stressed. The prize of all who have understood the importance of pulling efforts together towards establishing such a world-class airline, out of lots of sacrifices, to take up gradually and steadily all the challenges of Africa as far as air transport is concerned.
