Invitation for Tender
Compagnie Aérienne ASKY intendstorecruit Qualified Category-I Consultants for Design Review, Contract Administration & Construction Supervision Services for the ASKY Simulator building facility. Hence, ASKY invites all interested and eligible Consultancy Service Providers who can meet the requirements stated hereunder:
- Renewed trade license for 2024 G.C
- Renewed certificate of registration from authorized body as (GC/BC) of Grade one and valid licenses for the year 2024 G.C to submit sealed tenders for the execution of ASKY Simulator Building Project at Lomé international Airport, Togo.
- Tax clearance certificate stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of bids.
- Social security clearance certificate
- Certificate of non-bankruptcy
- The Consultant must submit the following documents as a proof of its financial standing: Audited reports for the past five (5) years, letter from financial institute referring to liquid cash. Original documents can be requested as required by the Contracting Entity.
- Tenderers should deposit a non-refundable deposit of USD 100 at CITIBANK NA LONDON referring the tender name "Bid for Consultancy Services for ASKY Simulator Building" to Compagnie Aérienne ASKY, Account Number: 0014778235, Iban: GB23CITI18500814778235, Swift code: CITIGB2L. Bidders shall email the scanned copy of the deposit slip to the below address and will get the Tender document by return Email.
- Bidders shall furnish bid security in the form of CPO or unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee with an amount of USD 20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Dollar only)valid for 120 plus 28 calendar days, in the name of Compagnie Aérienne ASKY. Any insurance guarantee shall not be accepted.
9. The sealed bid document must be submitted in separate envelopes i.e., the (Technical Proposal, Financial Offer, and Bid Security) and one outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelopes as “ORIGINAL” and “COPIES” document delivered to Ethiopian Airlines Group, Bole International Airport before/on September 30, 2024 at 2:30PM. The bid will be opened on the same date at 3:00PM, at Bole International Airport Head office, Addis Ababa, at presence of those interested bidders or their legal representatives.
