ASKYCLUB Updates Its Membership Rules
As part of its commitment to continuously enhance customer experience, ASKYCLUB, the frequent flyer program of ASKY, is introducing an important evolution in how status upgrades are earned.
From now on, status upgrades will no longer be based solely on miles accumulated. Members can now qualify based on the first criterion reached: either miles OR number of flights.
How Does It Work?
A parallel system is now in place: miles OR number of flights flown.
Reaching SILVER Status
You can qualify for SILVER status within a 12-month period by achieving:
- 25,000 miles, or
- 20 flights flown
This means that even if you do not reach 25,000 miles, completing 20 flights will grant you SILVER status. Conversely, if you reach 25,000 miles before flying 20 sectors, you will also be upgraded.
A Fairer Validity Period
Status validity is now calculated from the date you achieve your tier.
Once You Reach SILVER (valid for 12 months)
To:
- Maintain SILVER: 25,000 miles or 20 flights
- Upgrade to GOLD: 50,000 miles or 48 flights
Once You Reach GOLD (valid for 12 months)
To:
- Maintain GOLD: 50,000 miles or 48 flights
- Upgrade to BLACK: 100,000 miles or 90 flights
If the required thresholds are not met, members will be downgraded to the immediately lower tier.
BLACK Status (valid for 24 months)
- To maintain BLACK: 100,000 miles or 90 flights within 24 months
- Otherwise, downgrade to GOLD
Each time a new tier is achieved, the counter resets for the new qualification period.
It is important to note that SILVER members enjoy a 25% bonus miles accrual on every eligible flight, while GOLD members receive a 50% bonus, and BLACK members benefit from a 100% bonus miles on each trip flown.
