Overview

Askyclub is ASKY's frequent flyer program.

4 membership levels are available with specific benefits.
 

brown.png   Brown Level





This is the ASKY Club entry level. A member is registered with a Prospect status by default.   Prospect status will be automatically activated upon registration of the 1st trip on the account. A welcome bonus of 1,000 miles is offered to new members on their first trip.
An additional bonus of 500 miles is offered to all members who choose “email” as their preferred means of communication with ASKY Club.

The Brown level gives you the following benefits:
- Mileage accumulation level
- Virtual Card membership
- Priority on waiting lists.

The Brown level entitles you to the following rewards in exchange for your miles
- Airfare (taxes are your responsibility)
- Upgrade subject to availability (you can request an upgrade directly at the airport in exchange for your miles).
- Excess baggage allowance of 23 kg.
- Possibility of obtaining 32 kg in addition to the standard allowance.
- Possibility of requesting premiums from beneficiaries.

We welcome you to the 2nd level of ASKY Club. Once you reach 25,000 miles, you become Silver. You'll receive a loyalty bonus of 1,000 miles. At this level, you start enjoying the benefits of frequent flyer and special membership.
Silver members enjoy the following benefits:
- Special treatment and assistance in the agency and at the airport,
- An additional baggage allowance of 23kg (on presentation of a valid Silver card)
 
As a Silver member, you are also entitled to the following rewards in exchange for your miles:
- Airfare (taxes are your responsibility)
- Upgrade subject to availability (you can request an upgrade directly at the airport in exchange for your miles).
- Excess baggage allowance of 23 kg.
- Possibility of obtaining 32 kg in addition to the extra allowance.
- Possibility of requesting premiums from your beneficiaries.

NB: To keep your Silver level after the validity date, you need to accumulate 25,000miles from January 1 to December 31 of any given year.

Gold members enjoy the following benefits
- Special treatment and assistance at the airport
- Choice of seat
- Additional baggage allowance of 32kg (on presentation of a valid gold card)
- Business class check-in at airport counters
- Access to airport Business lounges
- 75% bonus on top of miles earned
- After a bonus has been issued, if required, free modification of the reservation one (1) time before the start of the trip.

As a Gold member, you are also entitled to the following rewards in exchange for your miles:
- Airfare (taxes are your responsibility)
- Upgrade subject to availability (you can request an upgrade directly at the airport in exchange for your miles).
- Excess baggage allowance of 23 kg.
- Possibility of obtaining 32 kg in addition to the extra allowance.
- Possibility of requesting premiums from your beneficiaries.

NB: To keep your Silver level after the validity date, you need to accumulate 50,000miles from January 1 to December 31 of any given year.
black.png   Black Level


Is the ASKY Club TOP. You are admitted to this level once you earn 100,000miles. This makes you our Elite customer with even more benefits. A loyalty bonus of 1,000 miles is offered to you.

Black members enjoy the following benefits

- Preferential treatment and special assistance at the airport
- Choice of seat
- Additional baggage allowance of 32kg or additional baggage allowance of two (2) 23kg suitcases
- Airport business counter check-in
- Access to airport Business lounges
- 100% bonus miles
- After a bonus has been issued, if required, the reservation can be modified free of charge, (2) times before the start of the trip.

As a Black member, you are also entitled to the following rewards in exchange for your miles:
- Airfare (taxes are your responsibility)
- Upgrade subject to availability (you can request an upgrade directly at the airport in exchange for your miles).
- Excess baggage allowance of 23 kg.
- Possibility of obtaining 32 kg in addition to the extra allowance.
- Possibility of requesting premiums from your beneficiaries.

NB: To keep your Silver level after the validity date, you need to accumulate 100,000miles from January 1 to December 31 of any given year.

It's important to note that requests for upgrade and excess baggage awards can be made directly at the airport on the day of travel. We would also like to remind you that to collect miles automatically, you must provide your membership number when purchasing your ticket and at check-in.
Miles start to expire after four (4) years of unused accumulation.
