Communication & Public Relations Agent

THE ROLE

• Drawing up the airline's Corporate Communication Plan and submitting it to General Management and the Commercial Director for approval.
• Ensuring that the airline's communications policy is applied and applied in the out stations.
• Ensuring all charters are complied with (graphic charter, advertising charter, office branding charter, charter for the use of social networks, etc.).
• Implementing corporate communication campaigns (budgets, media campaigns, media production, relations with service providers).
• Organizing the airline's corporate events.
• Evaluating communication campaigns and ensuring reliable reporting.
• Monitoring the airline's communications activities.
• Keeping an up-to-date watch on the competition for communication campaigns.
• Supervise design, production and distribution of various communication materials (brochures, posters, guides, press releases, newsletters, etc.).
• Ensure a dynamic communication on ASKY's Website and Mobile Application and its updates (contents, look and feel, design ...).
• Provide contents for ASKY's Website and social networks pages in line with the company strategy and orientations.
• Follow up orders and ensure their distribution.
• Provide external communications information to internal communications and support them if necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Educational Level: Bachelor degree or diploma in multimedia, communication & marketing
• Qualifications / Skills: communication skills; multimedia and art designs skills, ability to write reports; Excellent team player; Strong proactive individual
• Proven graphic designing experience
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Professional Experiences: 04 years minimum in Communication business 

II-               Language’s proficiency:French & English

Information technologies (IT) proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, Publisher, design software and technologies
