I.      JOB TITLE

Revenue Accountant Sales and Refund Audit

II-      THE ROLE

•        Performs daily and monthly closing activities related to documents issuance and refund auditing with the RA system and outside the RA system environment.

•        Ensures processing of manual sales auditing and recording in the RA system.
•        Ensures processing of ADM and ACM through the RA system and outside the RA system in a timely and accurate manner.

•        Performs regular follow up on ADMs and aging reports analysis.

•        Ensures all bookkeeping activities are performed to guarantee appropriate maintenance of all accounts relating to documents issuance and refunds.

•        Performs analysis and clean-up of abnormal sub-ledger balances.

•        All other duties assigned by Immediate Supervisor or Revenue Accounting Manager.

III-     QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

•        Minimum Educational Level
•        Minimum: BTS or bachelor’s in finance or accounting
•        Qualifications / Skills
•        Quality linted, networking skills, good judgment and analytical ability, work under pressure and meet deadlines, leadership and teamwork skills, conflicts resolution skills, communication skills.
•        Languages proficiency: French / English
